You don’t have to have it all figured out to be fully in your life.
“There are things in your life right now
that matter more than you give them credit for,
even if they don’t look the way you thought they would.”
There’s an invisible pressure most people live with. Day in and day out.
A feeling of not quite being in the moment as it is.
The sense that things should be different than what they are.
That you need to be different than who you are.
And maybe that’s true.
But not in the way you’re used to thinking about it.
The pull for things to feel clearer.
More settled.
More certain.
And the belief that you need to resolve that feeling
before you can really be in your life.
So, you wait.
You rationalize.
You make excuses.
You start looking for a version of things that feel better.
The more figured out version.
The life that feels more stable.
Or maybe it’s not the circumstances at all,
but waiting to feel like the version of you
that’s finally worthy of fully being seen in your own life.
Because this version of you couldn’t possibly deserve it.
Not yet.
You’re not rich enough.
Or attractive enough.
Or successful enough.
Not where you thought you’d be.
And on the surface, things are fine.
They could be better.
But they could be worse.
